Decant Lattafa Ajwad Arab Perfume

The Arab scent AJWAD by Lattafa is a beast of a perfume! It is very bold and robust. As seen in the photo of the notes, the perfume starts out super sweet and fruity. I get lots of blackberry, black currant and some other fruits but shortly after that stage, I get a deep, sensual floral blast with sharper rose and jasmine. This combo gives a slightly sharp, metallic feel that's short lived. I notice this, both others do not. As the base notes kick in, the scent evolves into a warm, deliciously sensual aroma full of sweet, musky vanilla and amber with cedar wood. The base is smooth and soulful, rich and delectable. 

I don't follow seasonal rules for scents...I wear what I like, whenever I like. If you do, though, I would recommend this as a fall and winter scent or on a super special date night! 

 

I would say that this is a scent for lovely ladies who like a bolder "smell me scent". People will notice you wearing this, especially in the earlier stages the wear. I'd give this a medium range for longevity, lasting about 4-5 projection hours on my skin...but it's still slightly noticable up to 6 hours. 

 

I have read that some fragrance-istas relate that this is similar to several designer rose based scents. I can see some slight parallel to Roses Vanille and Olympia....but not as a dupe or replica for either. This is definitely it's own lady, and what a delightful one she is!

I only purchase authentic, original perfumes from reputable sellers. These are not diluted, as they are what is actually in the original bottle, just decanted at time of purchase for you. Bottle will have teflon tape over threading to keep from leaking in transit. You may remove this tape if you wish when you receive the parcel.
